제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제47조(국제고등학교심의위원회 설치)

① 법 제217조에 따른 국제고등학교(이하 "국제고등학교"라 한다)의 설립ㆍ운영 등에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 도교육감 소속으로 국제고등학교심의위원회를 둔다.

② 국제고등학교심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 7명 이상 11명 이하의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원은 제44조제2항제1호부터 제5호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람과 그 밖에 도교육감이 국제고등학교 설립ㆍ운영에 필요하다고 인정하는 사람 중에서 도교육감이 지명하거나 위촉한다. 이 경우 제44조제2항제1호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 해당하는 사람이 각각 1명 이상 포함되어야 한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 국제고등학교심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 도조례로 정한다.
