제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제57조(학년제)

① 국제학교 학생의 진급 또는 졸업은 학년제에 따른다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 국제학교의 장은 도교육감의 승인을 받아 학년제 외의 제도를 채택할 수 있다.
