주택법 제93조의2(보고ㆍ검사 등에 따른 자료요청)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제93조에 따른 보고ㆍ검사 등에 필요한 자료로서 기술인력에 해당하는 자의 고용보험, 국민연금보험, 국민건강보험, 산업재해보상보험, 건설근로자 퇴직공제 및 경력증명, 사업자등록증명, 소득금액증명, 법인등기임원에 관한 자료를 관계 기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제공을 요청받은 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

② 국토교통부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항의 자료를 확인하기 위하여 필요하면 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보를 공동이용할 수 있다.
