주한미군 공여구역주변지역 등 지원 특별법 시행령 제23조(지역주민의 우선고용)

①법 제23조제3항에 따라 사업시행자가 지역주민을 우선적으로 고용하려는 때에는 분야별 채용계획서와 특수기술자 및 기술자격취득자에 대한 고용계획서를 작성하여 사업 착수 전에 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 「직업안정법」 제4조제1호에 따른 직업안정기관의 장(이하 "직업안정기관의장"이라 한다)에게 고용추천을 의뢰하여야 한다.

②시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 직업안정기관의장은 제1항에 따라 고용추천의뢰를 받은 때에는 지역주민이 우선 고용될 수 있도록 고용추천 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
