중대범죄수사청과 그 소속기관 직제 제35조(중대범죄수사청에 두는 공무원의 정원)

① 중대범죄수사청에 두는 공무원의 정원은 별표 2와 같다. 다만, 필요한 경우에는 별표 2에 따른 총정원의 10퍼센트를 넘지 않는 범위에서 행정안전부령으로 정원을 따로 정할 수 있다.

② 중대범죄수사청에 두는 공무원의 직급별 정원은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. 이 경우 임기제 4급 공무원의 정원은 1명을 그 상한으로 하고, 3급 수사관의 정원은 8명을, 4급 수사관의 정원은 46명을 상한으로 한다.
