중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제54조의5(명문장수기업 확인의 취소)

① 법 제62조의6제1항제4호에서 "사회적 물의를 일으키는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 해당 중소기업 임직원의 행위로 인하여 명문장수기업의 사회적 명성에 중대한 손상이 발생한 경우를 말한다.

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제62조의6제1항에 따라 명문장수기업의 확인을 취소하려면 해당 중소기업자에게 취소 사유, 취소일 등을 분명하게 밝힌 문서(전자문서를 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 보내야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제2항에 따른 문서의 송달은 우편ㆍ교부 또는 정보통신망 이용 등의 방법으로 한다.

④ 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제62조의6제1항에 따라 명문장수기업의 확인을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 중소벤처기업부 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
