지능형전력망의 구축 및 이용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(지능형전력망 시행계획의 수립 및 시행 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제6조제1항에 따른 지능형전력망의 구축 및 이용촉진에 관한 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 그 밖에 지능형전력망의 구축 및 이용촉진에 참여하는 법인ㆍ단체 또는 기관의 장에게 그에 관한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
