지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제13조(교육훈련경비의 부담범위)
Enforcement Decree of the Local Public Officials Education and Training Act, Article 13 (Scope of Education and Training Expenses to Be Borne)
① 법 제17조에 따라 소속 기관의 장이 부담할 교육훈련경비의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다
(1) The scope of education and training expenses to be borne by the head of the affiliated agency pursuant to Article 17 of the Act is as follows:
1. 강사 수당 등 강사의 초빙에 필요한 경비
1. Expenses necessary for inviting instructors, such as instructor allowances;
2. 교재비 및 실험실습비
2. Teaching material costs and experiment and practice costs;
3. 현지 견학비 및 국외연수비
3. Field trip costs and overseas training costs;
4. 공공요금 등 교육훈련 실시에 드는 그 밖의 교육경비
4. Other educational expenses incurred in conducting education and training, such as public utility charges.
② 소속 기관의 장은 교육훈련기관의 장이 요구하는 경우에만 제1항에 따른 교육훈련경비를 부담한다.
(2) The head of the affiliated agency shall bear the education and training expenses under paragraph (1) only when requested by the head of the education and training institution.
③ 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 대학이나 민간 교육훈련기관 등에 위탁하여 교육훈련을 실시할 경우에는 교육훈련경비 전액을 교육훈련을 받는 공무원이 소속된 기관의 장이 부담할 수 있다.
(3) Notwithstanding paragraphs (1) and (2), where education and training is conducted by entrusting it to a university or private education and training institution, etc., the head of the agency to which the public official receiving the education and training belongs may bear the entire education and training expenses.
