지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제32조(위탁교육훈련 공무원에 대한 지도ㆍ감독)

① 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 위탁교육훈련의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 위탁교육훈련을 받는 공무원의 교육훈련 상황을 정기적으로 또는 수시로 파악하여 교육훈련 및 복무에 필요한 지도ㆍ감독을 해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

② 위탁교육훈련을 받는 공무원은 교육훈련목적을 달성하도록 노력해야 하며, 교육훈련기간 중 공무원으로서의 품위를 유지하고, 교육훈련기관의 학칙을 준수하는 등 교육훈련을 받는 공무원으로서의 의무와 소속 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장이 지시하는 사항을 이행해야 하며, 교육훈련을 이수한 후에는 지체 없이 직무에 복귀해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

③ 위탁교육훈련을 받는 공무원은 소속 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장에게 소재(所在) 및 신상(身上), 교육훈련성적 또는 진도와 교육훈련결과, 그 밖에 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장이 요구하는 사항을 보고해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

④ 위탁교육훈련을 받는 공무원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 경우에는 즉시 소속 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장에게 보고하고 그 지시에 따라야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

⑤ 국외에서 위탁교육훈련을 받는 중에 사직하려는 공무원은 귀국한 후에 소속 지방자치단체의 장이나 지방의회의 의장에게 사직원을 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>
