지방공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제12조(조기퇴직수당지급대상자의 심사ㆍ결정 및 통지)

지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 제11조의 규정에 의하여 조기퇴직수당지급신청서를 받은 때에는 30일이내에 해당 인사위원회의 심사를 거쳐 조기퇴직수당지급대상자를 결정하고, 결정 즉시 그 결과를 소속기관의 장을 거쳐 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.12.24, 2021.11.30>
