지방자치법 제115조(국가사무의 위임)

시ㆍ도와 시ㆍ군 및 자치구에서 시행하는 국가사무는 시ㆍ도지사와 시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장에게 위임하여 수행하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 법령에 다른 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
