지방자치법 제174조(협의회의 협의 및 사무처리의 효력)

① 협의회를 구성한 관계 지방자치단체는 협의회가 결정한 사항이 있으면 그 결정에 따라 사무를 처리하여야 한다.

② 제173조제1항에 따라 행정안전부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사가 조정한 사항에 관하여는 제165조제3항부터 제6항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
