지방자치법 제205조(집행기관의 조직 등)

① 특별지방자치단체의 장은 규약으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별지방자치단체의 의회에서 선출한다.

② 구성 지방자치단체의 장은 제109조에도 불구하고 특별지방자치단체의 장을 겸할 수 있다.

(2) Notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 Article아터클 109, the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 constituent컨스티추언트 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 may메이 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 special스페실 local로우클 government.거^v버먼트

③ 특별지방자치단체의 의회 및 집행기관의 직원은 규약으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별지방자치단체 소속인 지방공무원과 구성 지방자치단체의 지방공무원 중에서 파견된 사람으로 구성한다.
