지방재정법 시행령 제110조(채권의 발생 또는 귀속의 보고)

1. 법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙의 규정에 의하여 지방자치단체의 채권이 발생하거나 채권이 지방자치단체에 귀속될 원인이 되는 계약 그 밖의 행위를 할 자가 당해 행위를 한 때. 다만, 채권의 발생 또는 귀속에 있어서 정지조건이나 시기가 있는 때에는 조건이 성취되거나 기한이 도래함으로써 채권이 발생 또는 귀속하였을 때를 말한다.

2. 법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙의 규정에 의하여 지방자치단체를 위하여 지출원인행위를 하는 자가 당해 지출원인행위의 결과 반납금에 관한 채권이 발생된 것을 안 때

3. 제1호 및 제2호의 경우 외에 법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙의 규정에 의하여 지방자치단체를 위하여 계약을 하는 자가 당해 계약에 관하여 채권이 발생하였거나 지방자치단체에 귀속한 것을 안 때

4. 제1호 내지 제3호의 경우 외에 현금 또는 물품의 출납원이나 공유재산에 관한 사무를 행하는 자가 그 취급에 속한 재산에 관하여 채권이 발생한 것을 안 때
