지방재정법 시행령 제41조의2(투자심사 제외 사업)

법 제37조제3항제5호에서 "재난예방ㆍ안전 사업, 다른 법률에 따라 투자심사와 유사한 심사를 거친 사업 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사업"이란 별표에 따른 사업을 말한다. 다만, 별표 제1호부터 제25호까지의 사업 중 법 제37조제1항제2호 각 목에 따른 부담행위를 수반하는 사업은 제외한다.
