지방회계법 시행령 제39조(일상경비등의 교부 제한)

① 일상경비등에 대해서는 매 1개월분 이내의 금액을 예정하여 교부하여야 한다. 다만, 제38조제1항제4호 또는 제7호의 경비는 사무의 필요에 따라 3개월분 이내의 금액을 교부할 수 있다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 일상경비등 중에서 수시로 필요한 비용에 대해서는 필요한 금액을 예정하여 사무에 지장이 없으면 분할하여 교부하여야 한다.
