지역신용보증재단법 시행령 제21조(보증료 등)

① 법 제27조제1항에 따른 보증료 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 추가보증료는 재단이 소기업등의 신용도, 보증의 종류 등을 고려하여 업무방법서에서 정하는 요율(料率)에 따라 산출한 금액으로 한다.

② 법 제27조제3항에 따른 연체보증료는 미납보증료에 대하여 연이율 100분의 10을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.
