지역신용보증재단법 시행령 제22조(손해금)

법 제28조에 따른 손해금은 재단 또는 중앙회가 이행한 보증채무의 금액에 대하여 금융회사등의 연체대출금의 이율을 고려하여 업무방법서에서 정하는 요율을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.
