지역중소기업 육성 및 혁신촉진 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(지역협동기술향상추진협의회의 구성 등)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 제20조제1항에 따른 기술향상활동(이하 "지역협동기술향상활동"이라 한다)이 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 각 지방중소벤처기업청별로 지역협동기술향상활동을 수행하는 기관들이 참여하는 추진협의회(이하 "지역협동활동추진협의회"라 한다)를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다

② 지역협동활동추진협의회의 위원장은 각 지방중소벤처기업청장으로 하며, 위원은 지역협동기술향상활동을 수행하는 기관에서 기술업무를 담당하는 사람으로서 해당 기관의 장이 추천한 사람 중에서 위원장이 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 regional^r리저늘 collaborative컬래버^r레이티^v브 activity액티^v버티 promotion프^r러모우션 council카운슬 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 each이치 Regional^r리저늘 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 Office,오^f피스 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 technology텍날러지 work워크 at앳 institutions인스티투션즈 performing퍼^f포밍 regional^r리저늘 collaborative컬래버^r레이티^v브 technology텍날러지 improvement임프^r루^v브먼트 activities액티^v버티즈 who후 are아 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 institution인스티투션 concerned.컨선드

③ 지역협동활동추진협의회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.

(3) The^ð더 regional^r리저늘 collaborative컬래버^r레이티^v브 activity액티^v버티 promotion프^r러모우션 council카운슬 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④ 지역협동활동추진협의회의 위원장은 제3항 각 호의 사항에 관한 심의 등을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 중소벤처기업부장관, 시ㆍ도지사와 관계 기관의 장에게 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 지역협동활동추진협의회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 지역협동활동추진협의회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
