Enforcement Decree of the Integrated Energy Supply Business Act, Article 30 (Entrustment of Authority)
기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제53조에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 「에너지이용 합리화법」 제45조에 따른 한국에너지공단(이하 "한국에너지공단"이라 한다)에 위탁한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Under Article 53 of the Act, the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment entrusts the following authority to the Korea Energy Agency under Article 45 of the Energy Use Rationalization Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Energy Agency"):
1. 법 제4조에 따른 집단에너지 공급 타당성에 관한 협의 요청 서류의 검토
1. Review of documents for requesting consultation on the feasibility of supplying integrated energy under Article 4 of the Act;
2. 법 제9조제1항에 따른 사업의 허가 또는 변경허가 신청 서류의 검토
2. Review of documents for applications for a business permit or a modified permit under Article 9 (1) of the Act;
3. 법 제17조제1항에 따른 공급규정의 신고 또는 변경신고 내용의 검토
3. Review of the details of a report or a modification report on supply regulations under Article 17 (1) of the Act;
4. 법 제22조제1항에 따른 공급시설의 설치 또는 변경 공사계획의 검토
4. Review of construction plans for installing or modifying supply facilities under Article 22 (1) of the Act;
5. 법 제23조제1항 본문 및 같은 조 제3항에 따른 공급시설의 검사
5. Inspection of supply facilities under the main text of Article 23 (1) and Article 23 (3) of the Act;
6. 법 제23조제2항에 따른 공급시설의 임시사용의 허용
6. Permission for temporary use of supply facilities under Article 23 (2) of the Act.
