채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제220조(회생계획안의 제출)

① 관리인은 제50조제1항제4호 또는 같은 조 제3항에 따라 법원이 정한 기간 안에 회생계획안을 작성하여 법원에 제출하여야 한다.

② 관리인은 제1항의 기간 안에 회생계획안을 작성할 수 없는 때에는 그 기간 안에 그 사실을 법원에 보고하여야 한다.
