채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제239조(가결의 시기)

①회생계획안의 가결은 제232조제1항의 규정에 의한 관계인집회의 제1기일부터 2월 이내에 하여야 한다.

③회생계획안의 가결은 회생절차개시일부터 1년 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 불가피한 사유가 있는 때에는 법원은 6월의 범위 안에서 그 기간을 늘일 수 있다.
