채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제515조(배당률의 결정통지)

①파산관재인은 제514조제1항의 규정에 의한 기간이 경과한 후에 이의의 신청이 있는 때에는 이에 대한 결정이 있은 후 지체 없이 배당률을 정하여 배당에 참가시킬 각 채권자에게 통지하여야 한다.

②배당률을 정하는 때에는 법원의 허가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 감사위원이 있는 때에는 감사위원의 동의를 얻어야 한다.
