채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제514조(배당표에 대한 이의)

①채권자는 배당표에 대하여 배당제외기간 경과 후 7일 이내에 한하여 법원에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

②법원은 배당표의 경정을 명한 때에는 이해관계인이 열람할 수 있도록 그 결정서를 법원에 비치하여야 한다. 이 경우 항고기간은 결정서를 법원에 비치한 날부터 기산한다.
