채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제630조(관할)

외국도산절차의 승인 및 지원에 관한 사건은 서울회생법원 합의부의 관할에 전속한다. 다만, 절차의 효율적인 진행이나 이해당사자의 권리보호를 위하여 필요한 때에는 서울회생법원은 당사자의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 외국도산절차의 승인결정과 동시에 또는 그 결정 후에 제3조가 규정하는 관할법원으로 사건을 이송할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.27>
