채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제631조(외국도산절차의 승인신청)

①외국도산절차의 대표자는 외국도산절차가 신청된 국가에 채무자의 영업소ㆍ사무소 또는 주소가 있는 경우에 다음 각호의 서면을 첨부하여 법원에 외국도산절차의 승인을 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 외국어로 작성된 서면에는 번역문을 붙여야 한다.

②외국도산절차의 승인을 신청한 후 제1항 각호의 내용이 변경된 때에는 신청인은 지체 없이 변경된 사항을 기재한 서면을 법원에 제출하여야 한다.

③제1항의 규정에 의한 신청이 있는 때에는 법원은 지체 없이 그 요지를 공고하여야 한다.

④제37조 및 제39조의 규정은 제1항의 규정에 의한 신청에 관하여 준용한다.
