Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Executive Agencies, Article 29-4 (Composition and Operation of the Central Executive Agency Operation Deliberation Council)

① 법 제43조에 따른 중앙책임운영기관운영심의회(이하 "운영심의회"라 한다)의 위원장은 운영심의회의 회의를 소집하며, 회의의 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Executive이그제큐티^v브 Agency에이전시 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 under언더 Article아터클 43 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Operation아퍼^r레이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council")카운슬 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

② 운영심의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Operation아퍼^r레이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 운영심의회 위원의 제척ㆍ기피ㆍ회피에 관하여는 제9조제3항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "심의회"는 "운영심의회"로 본다. <신설 2024.7.9>

④ 중앙책임운영기관의 장은 법 제43조제3항에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다. <신설 2019.2.26, 2024.7.9>

1. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원으로 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우

4. 위원 스스로 직무를 수행하는 것이 곤란하다고 의사를 밝힌 경우

5. 제3항에서 준용하는 제9조제3항에 따른 제척 사유에 해당하는 데에도 불구하고 회피하지 않은 경우
