Enforcement Decree of the Youth Activities Promotion Act, Article 27 (Procedures for Designating Youth Training Districts, etc.)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 법 제47조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 청소년수련지구(이하 "수련지구"라 한다)를 지정함에 있어 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하려는 경우에는 협의요청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관계 행정기관의 장에게 송부하여야 한다. 이 경우 협의요청서를 받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 협의요청서를 받은 날부터 40일 이내에 이에 대한 의견을 회신하여야 한다.
