초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제63조(사립학교의 운영위원회)

①법 제31조제1항에 따라 사립의 초등학교ㆍ중학교ㆍ고등학교ㆍ특수학교 및 각종학교(이하 이 조에서 "사립학교"라 한다)에 두는 운영위원회(이하 "사립학교운영위원회"라 한다)는 해당 학교의 교원위원ㆍ학부모위원 및 지역위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2022.3.22, 2023.4.11>

(1) A어 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 established이스태블리시트 under언더 Article아터클 31 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 in인 a어 private프^r라이^v벗 elementary엘러멘트^r리 school,스쿨 middle미들 school,스쿨 high하이 school,스쿨 special스페실 school,스쿨 or오 miscellaneous미설레이니어스 school스쿨 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "private프^r라이^v벗 school"스쿨 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "private프^r라이^v벗 school스쿨 steering스티^r링 committee")커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 teacher티처 members,멤버즈 parent페^r런트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 community커뮤너티 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 school.스쿨

②사립학교운영위원회 위원의 정수ㆍ선출 등에 관하여는 제58조, 제59조 및 제60조제2항ㆍ제3항을 준용하되, 당연직 교원위원을 제외한 교원위원은 정관으로 정한 절차에 따라 교직원 전체회의에서 추천(「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제1호에 따른 재난이나 그 밖의 불가피한 사유로 교직원 전체회의를 개최하기 어려운 경우에는 제59조제2항 후단에 따른 방법 및 절차에 따라 추천)한 사람 중에서 학교의 장이 위촉한다. 이 경우 "국ㆍ공립학교"는 "사립학교"로, "심의"는 "심의 또는 자문"으로, "학칙" 및 "시ㆍ도의 조례"는 "정관"으로 본다. <개정 2011.3.18, 2020.4.7, 2022.3.22>

③ 사립학교의 장은 사립학교운영위원회의 심의 또는 자문 결과를 최대한 존중해야 한다. <개정 2022.3.22>

④ 관할청은 사립학교의 장이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 법 제63조에 따른 시정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2022.3.22>
