Special Act on Disaster Management of Super High-Rise and Underground-Linked Complex Buildings, Article 28 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>
