출입국관리법 시행규칙 제13조(협정에 의한 사증발급)

①재외공관의 장은 대한민국정부가 체결한 협정이나 합의각서등에 사증발급에 관하여 이 규칙과 다른 규정이 있는 때 또는 법무부장관이 호혜원칙등을 고려하여 따로 정하는 때에는 그에 따라 사증을 발급하여야 한다.

②재외공관의 장은 제1항의 경우에 사증발급대상자가 복수사증발급협정등이 체결된 국가의 국민이라 하더라도 특별한 사유가 있는 때에는 단수사증을 발급할 수 있다.
