Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Maintenance and Enhancement of Carbon Sinks, Article 6 (Composition of Carbon Sink Enhancement Committee)

① 법 제7조에 따른 탄소흡수원증진위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 2명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

나. 박사학위를 취득한 후 3년 이상의 연구 또는 실무 경험이 있는 사람

다. 석사학위를 취득한 후 9년 이상의 연구 또는 실무 경험이 있는 사람
