② 정보체계운영자는 국토이용정보체계를 통하여 관리하여야 할 정보의 내용 중 관계 행정기관의 장이 구축ㆍ관리하고 있는 정보가 있으면 그 정보를 연계 활용하여야 한다. 이 경우 관계 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 정보의 연계 활용에 협조하여야 한다.
