토지이용규제 기본법 시행령 제11조(국토이용정보체계구축계획의 수립)

① 국토교통부장관은 국토이용정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영 및 활용을 촉진하기 위하여 5년 단위로 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 국토이용정보체계구축계획(이하 "구축계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) To투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 building,빌딩 operation,아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 utilization유털러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 land랜드 use유스 information인^f퍼메이션 system,시스텀 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 land랜드 use유스 information인^f퍼메이션 system시스텀 building빌딩 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "building빌딩 plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years,이어즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

② 국토교통부장관은 구축계획을 수립하거나 변경할 때 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 할 사항이 포함된 경우에는 미리 해당 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 구축계획은 「국가공간정보에 관한 법률」 제6조 및 제7조에 따른 국가공간정보정책 기본계획 및 시행계획의 내용에 부합되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 building빌딩 plan플랜 shall섈 conform컨^f폼 to투 the^ð더 contents칸텐츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 master매스터 plan플랜 and앤드 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 national내셔늘 spatial스페이실 information인^f퍼메이션 policy팔러시 under언더 Articles아터클즈 6 and앤드 7 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 National내셔늘 Spatial스페이실 Information.인^f퍼메이션

④ 법 제12조제1항에 따른 정보체계운영자(이하 "정보체계운영자"라 한다)가 국토이용정보체계를 구축ㆍ운영 및 활용하는 경우에는 구축계획에 부합되도록 하여야 한다.
