Special Act on Simplification of Land Use Authorization and Permit Procedures, Article 14 (Application for Coordination of Land Use Authorizations and Permits)
토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 동일한 사안에 대하여 합동조정회의를 3회 이상 개최하였음에도 불구하고 관계 행정기관 간 이견이 조정되지 아니하는 경우에는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제106조에 따른 중앙도시계획위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있다.
Where differences of opinion among relevant administrative agencies are not coordinated even though joint coordination meetings have been held three or more times on the same matter, the land use authorization and permit authority may apply for coordination to the Central Urban Planning Committee under Article 106 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act.
