특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(보상결정서의 송달)

위원회가 보상결정을 한 때에는 보상결정서 원본을 보관하고, 신청인에게 보상결정서 정본 2부와 별지 제9호서식 또는 별지 제10호서식의 보상결정통지서를 송달하여야 하며, 신청인의 대리인이 있는 경우에는 대리인에게 이를 송달하되, 신청인에게는 보상결정서 등본 1부를 송달하여야 한다. 이 경우 보상결정서 원본은 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제5조에 따른 전자문서 또는 전자화문서로 보관할 수 있다. <개정 2024.11.12>
