Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes, Article 3 (Scope of Persons Engaged in Supervisory Work of Supervisory Agencies)
법 제12조제2항에 따른 감독기관의 감독업무에 종사하는 사람은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관의 임ㆍ직원으로서 소관 금융회사등에 대한 감사 또는 검사의 직무(일시적인 감사 또는 검사의 직무의 경우를 포함한다)에 종사하는 사람 및 그 직무를 관장하는 상급자와 해당 감독기관의 장으로 한다. <개정 1998ㆍ4ㆍ1, 2019.5.7>
Persons engaged in the supervisory work of a supervisory agency under Article 12 (2) of the Act shall be officers and employees of any of the following agencies who are engaged in the duties of auditing or inspecting the financial companies, etc. under their jurisdiction (including temporary auditing or inspection duties), the superiors in charge of such duties, and the head of the relevant supervisory agency:
1. 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 금융감독원
1. The Financial Supervisory Service under the Act on the Establishment, etc. of Financial Services Commission;
2. 「상호저축은행법」에 따른 상호저축은행중앙회
2. The National Federation of Savings Banks under the Mutual Savings Banks Act;
3. 「농업협동조합법」에 따른 농업협동조합중앙회
3. The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act;
4. 「수산업협동조합법」에 따른 수산업협동조합중앙회
4. The National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives under the Fisheries Cooperatives Act;
5. 「신용협동조합법」에 따른 신용협동조합중앙회
5. The National Credit Union Federation of Korea under the Credit Unions Act;
6. 「새마을금고법」에 따른 새마을금고중앙회
6. The National Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives under the Community Credit Cooperatives Act.
