특정연구기관 육성법 시행령 제10조(사업계획서 등의 변경)

① 연구기관 또는 공동관리기구가 제9조에 따라 제출한 사업계획서 또는 예산안을 변경하였을 때에는 이를 과학기술정보통신부장관과 출연금을 지급하는 중앙행정기관의 장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 출연금을 지급하는 중앙행정기관의 장은 제9조 또는 제1항에 따른 사업계획서 또는 예산안이 타당하지 아니하다고 인정할 때에는 그 조정을 명할 수 있다.
