Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering Specific Research Institutes, Article 15 (Use of Research Funds, etc.)

① 연구기관은 제14조제4항에 따라 지급받은 연구비를 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하는 기준에 따라 다음 각 호의 용도로만 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 연구기관은 연구 성과를 산업계ㆍ학계 및 다른 연구기관이나 그 밖에 이를 필요로 하는 기관ㆍ단체 등에 전수할 수 있으며, 이 경우에 그 이용으로 새로운 제품의 생산, 원가 절감, 품질 향상 등의 효과를 얻었을 때에는 그 이용자로부터 제14조제2항제4호에 따른 협약의 내용에 따라 기술료를 징수할 수 있다.
