포항지진의 진상조사 및 피해구제 등을 위한 특별법 시행령 제3조(진상조사위원회 위원장의 직무)

① 진상조사위원회 위원장은 진상조사위원회를 대표하며 진상조사위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 진상조사위원회 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 진상조사위원회 상임위원이 그 직무를 대행하고, 위원장과 상임위원이 모두 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 진상조사위원회 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
