Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Fact-Finding Investigation and Relief for Damage of the Pohang Earthquake, Article 4 (Independence in Duties and Guarantee of Status of Members of the Investigation Committee)

① 진상조사위원회 위원은 외부의 지시나 간섭을 받지 않고 독립하여 그 직무를 수행한다.

② 진상조사위원회 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 그 의사에 반하여 해임되지 않는다.
