Act on Designation of Essential Work and Protection and Support of Essential Workers, Article 10 (Composition and Operation of Regional Committees)

① 시ㆍ도 위원회의 위원장은 시ㆍ도지사가 되고, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 위원회의 위원장은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 and앤드 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu.시

② 시ㆍ도 위원회 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 위원회(이하 "지역위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 경우에 위원장이 소집한다.

1. 해당 지역에 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제14조에 따른 대규모재난이 발생한 경우
