Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents, Article 14 (Insured Persons of School Safety Mutual Aid)

①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 각각 그 사유가 발생하는 때에 학교안전공제의 피공제자가 된다. 다만, 제12조 단서의 규정에 따른 외국인학교에 재학ㆍ재직중인 학생ㆍ교직원은 해당 학교가 같은 조의 규정에 따라 학교안전공제에 가입한 때에 학교안전공제의 피공제자가 된다. <개정 2018.12.18, 2021.3.23>

②제1항의 규정에 따른 피공제자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 피공제자의 자격을 잃는다. 다만, 제13조제1항의 규정에 따라 학교안전공제에서 탈퇴하는 학교에 재학ㆍ재직중인 학생ㆍ교직원은 같은 조 제2항의 규정에 따른 탈퇴의 효력이 발생한 때에 피공제자의 자격을 잃는다.
