학점인정 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(학습자에 대한 지원)

① 교육행정기관의 장 및 「학점인정 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제3호에 따른 대학은 학점인정 등을 받기 위하여 학습을 하는 사람(이하 "학습자"라 한다)에 대하여 필요한 자료를 제공하거나 상담에 응할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상담자료실을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있으며, 국가 및 지방자치단체는 이에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

② 교육부장관은 학점인정 등의 업무를 원활히 수행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 교육기관, 교육행정기관, 교육연구기관 및 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관의 장에게 시설의 이용과 인원의 지원을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제2항에 따라 지원 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 특별한 사정이 없으면 이에 협조하여야 한다.
