Enforcement Decree of the Act on Credit Recognition, etc., Article 7-2 (Plan for Re-evaluation of Accredited Learning Courses)
① 법 제4조의2제2항에 따른 재평가계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
(1) The re-evaluation plan under Article 4-2 (2) of the Act shall include the following:
1. 법 제3조제3항에 따른 평가인정사항의 변경 절차를 준수하는지 여부
1. Whether the procedures for changing accredited matters under Article 3 (3) of the Act are complied with;
2. 법 제3조제5항에 따른 평가인정 기준을 준수하여 학습과정을 운영하는지 여부
2. Whether the learning course is operated in compliance with the accreditation standards under Article 3 (5) of the Act;
3. 법 제4조의2제1항에 따른 평가인정 학습과정 운영에 관한 규정을 준수하는지 여부
3. Whether the regulations on the operation of accredited learning courses under Article 4-2 (1) of the Act are complied with;
4. 재평가 시기 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항
4. Other necessary matters, such as the timing of re-evaluation.
② 교육부장관은 법 제4조의2제3항에 따라 조사ㆍ점검에 필요한 평가인정 학습과정의 운영과 관련된 자료를 제출하게 하거나 관계 공무원으로 하여금 교육훈련기관에 방문하여 관련 서류 등을 조사ㆍ점검하게 할 수 있다.
(2) Pursuant to Article 4-2 (3) of the Act, the Minister of Education may require the submission of materials related to the operation of accredited learning courses necessary for investigation and inspection, or have relevant public officials visit education and training institutions to investigate and inspect relevant documents, etc.
③ 교육부장관은 법 제4조의2제2항에 따라 재평가계획을 수립ㆍ시행하거나 같은 조 제3항에 따라 평가인정 학습과정의 운영과 관련된 사항을 조사ㆍ점검할 때 전문적인 지식이 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 전문가 또는 관련 단체의 장에게 의견을 들을 수 있다.
(3) When establishing and implementing a re-evaluation plan under Article 4-2 (2) of the Act or investigating and inspecting matters related to the operation of accredited learning courses under paragraph (3) of that Article, the Minister of Education may hear the opinions of the heads of relevant central administrative agencies, experts or heads of related organizations where specialized knowledge is required.
