학점인정 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조의3(평가인정의 취소 및 시정명령 등)

① 법 제5조제1항에 따른 평가인정 취소의 기준, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 학습과정 운영정지 및 평가인정 신청 제한의 기간은 별표 1과 같다.

② 법 제5조제2항 본문에 따른 시정명령을 받은 자가 이를 이행하였을 때에는 지체 없이 교육부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2026.1.27>
