Korea-Africa Foundation Act, Article 6 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 재단의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 재단은 정관을 변경하려면 미리 외교부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
