한국관광공사법 시행령 제9조(위탁경영)

① 법 제12조제2항에 따른 "타인"이란 공공단체, 공익법인 또는 문화체육관광부장관이 인정하는 단체를 말한다.

② 법 제12조제2항에 따라 공사가 그 업무를 제1항의 법인이나 단체에 위탁하려는 경우에는 위탁하려는 업무의 종류 및 범위, 위탁경영의 조건 및 기간과 위탁방법 등에 관하여 이사회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.
