한국보훈복지의료공단법 시행령 제14조(보상금의 요구)

① 공단이 법 제16조에 따른 보상금 예산을 요구하려는 경우에는 법 제1조에 따른 법률의 적용대상자의 진료ㆍ정양 및 재활교육에 드는 인건비ㆍ재료비ㆍ경비 등의 비용을 진료비ㆍ정양비 및 재활교육비로 구분한 보상금 요구서에 다음 각 호의 서류(보상금 요구에 필요한 부분만 해당한다)를 첨부하여 사업연도 개시 8개월 전까지 국가보훈부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5, 2023.4.11>

② 국가보훈부장관이 제1항에 따른 보상금 요구서를 받은 때에는 그 내용을 예산에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2023.4.11>

③ 국가보훈부장관은 보상금 예산이 확정된 때에는 그 내용을 공단에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2023.4.11>
