1. 법 제29조의7제1항에 따른 자금지원(이하 이 장에서 "자금지원"이라 한다)을 받은 첨단전략산업기업등(법 제29조의8제1항제3호에 따른 첨단전략산업기업등을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 지원받은 자금을 자금지원 목적 외의 용도로 사용하거나 법 제29조의10제2항에 따라 한국산업은행이 부과한 조건을 위반한 경우

2. 자금지원을 받은 첨단전략산업기업등이 「채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률」에 따른 회생절차나 「기업구조조정 촉진법」에 따른 관리절차 등 구조조정 절차를 신청한 경우로서 한국산업은행 또는 법 제29조의9제2항제2호에 따른 첨단전략산업지원회사등(이하 "첨단전략산업지원회사등"이라 한다)이 해당 첨단전략산업기업등의 의결권 있는 주식(출자지분을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 대하여 의결권을 행사할 필요가 있는 경우

3. 자금지원을 받은 첨단전략산업기업등이 자본의 감소, 액면미달의 가액으로의 주식 발행 등 해당 첨단전략산업기업등의 주식의 가치에 중대한 영향을 초래할 수 있는 사항에 관한 결의를 하는 경우

4. 자금지원을 받은 첨단전략산업기업등이 합병, 분할, 영업의 전부 또는 중요한 일부의 양도ㆍ양수, 해산, 정관의 변경 등 해당 첨단전략산업기업등의 존속에 중대한 영향을 미치는 사항에 관하여 결의를 하는 경우

5. 한국산업은행 또는 첨단전략산업지원회사등이 첨단전략산업기업등과 해당 첨단전략산업기업등의 경영ㆍ재산 등에 관하여 중대한 영향을 미치는 사유가 발생하는 경우 해당 첨단전략산업기업등의 의결권 있는 주식에 대하여 의결권을 행사할 수 있도록 하는 약정을 체결한 경우로서 해당 약정에서 정한 사유가 발생한 경우

6. 그 밖에 자금지원을 받은 첨단전략산업기업등의 의결권 있는 주식에 대하여 한국산업은행 또는 첨단전략산업지원회사등의 의결권 행사가 필요하다고 금융위원회가 인정하는 경우
